1. Membership Details
• The FASTPASS Wash Club is a recurring membership service that provides unlimited car washes for a flat monthly fee.
• Membership is available on a per-vehicle basis. Each vehicle requires its own FASTPASS tag.
• Membership tiers and pricing are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

2. Billing and Payment
• Membership fees are automatically charged on a monthly basis to the credit or debit card provided during enrollment.
• Billing occurs on the same day each month, based on the initial enrollment date.
• CARisma Wash reserves the right to modify membership fees with prior notice. Any changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy
• Members may cancel their FASTPASS Wash Club membership at any time.
• To cancel, members can do so within their account settings, or can submit a cancellation request in person at any CARisma Wash location or through our customer service form online. 
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
• There are no refunds or partial credits for unused services or mid-cycle cancellations.

4. FASTPASS Tag Usage
• The FASTPASS tag is non-transferable and may only be used for the vehicle it was originally registered to.
• Any attempt to transfer, tamper with, or misuse the tag may result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.
• In the event of a lost or damaged FASTPASS tag, a replacement fee may apply.

5. Operational Hours and Availability
• The Program is subject to CARisma Wash’s operating hours and may be limited by weather conditions, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.
• CARisma Wash reserves the right to close any location temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability
• Members are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in good condition to use the automated wash services.
• CARisma Wash is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, loose parts, or modifications on the vehicle.
• Vehicles exceeding height or width limitations may not be eligible for certain wash services. Please check with your local CARisma Wash location for vehicle restrictions.

7. Modification or Termination of Membership
• CARisma Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Members will be notified of any major changes.

8. Privacy and Data Collection
• CARisma Wash may collect and store personal information to manage memberships and provide services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Acceptance of Terms
• By enrolling in the FASTPASS Wash Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• CARisma Wash reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
